Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the products ordered.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–25 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages. As we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items purchased in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.
Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at hello@chiclivingco.com.
